Your privacy

This page explains what information this site handles and why.

Information you give us

When you send the request form, we receive your name, phone number, town and the description you type. When you call, the phone system records the number you called from and the time, and calls may be recorded so requests are passed on accurately. We use this only to route your request to an independent mold company that serves your area, which then contacts you directly.

Who it's shared with

Your request goes to the company we refer it to. We don't sell your information to list brokers or advertisers, and we don't add you to a mailing list.

Site analytics

Like most websites, this one may log basic visit data such as pages viewed, browser type and approximate location from your IP address, to see which guides are useful. It isn't used to identify you personally.

Questions or removal

To ask what we have about you or to have a request deleted, use the form on any page and say so in the description box.
